First 60 days

The first 60 plus days has been a roller coaster with up and downs every few days. I feel I’ve somewhat settled in and I get get into the rhythm of things.

The first few weeks was full of chaos and ambiguity, which uncovered itself as time went by. There is some clarity with clear roles and responsibilities. I believe I will be able to make a difference in this role. Already the realization has set in for me to step up and take more of a leadership role.

Speak up and be loud and clear in your communication. Don’t let people take advantage of you and I have to set the tone. Be a mature person and act like one.
